Senior Manager Strategy, Planning and Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy, Planning, and Operations professional to work directly with the CEO. The role involves strengthening organizational operations, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining team connectivity, and keeping priorities on track. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Key requirements include:

  • Location: Head Office, Karachi
  • Maximum age: 40 years
  • Education: Bachelor's in Engineering and an MBA from a recognized institution
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, operations, and executive management

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and tracking of long-term strategy and milestones
  • Coordinate with Finance for annual budgeting aligned with strategic priorities
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of CEO priorities
  • Monitor progress on initiatives and ensure accountability
  • Support the CEO in stakeholder management
  • Set agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Serve as a communication link between the CEO and the organization
  • Prepare materials for external engagements and thought leadership
  • Develop briefing and decision-support documents
  • Lead or coordinate high-impact projects without dedicated owners
