Our Data Transformation journey requires a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering data to the business. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Lean methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating these into actionable insights, and collaborating with the Technology Team to develop solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for driving process improvement across the Technology Team and maintaining an end-to-end understanding of the data landscape.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-priority data projects, a strong understanding of LDW and Data Lake architecture, and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team to develop solutions.
  • Assist Sprint Manager in grooming and managing the team backlog.
  • Drive process improvement across the Technology Team.
  • Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the data landscape.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems.
  • Deep understanding of LDW and Data Lake architecture.
  • Experience working in high-priority data projects.
  • Expertise in communicating with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in agile environments and fast-paced organizations.
  • Significant understanding of Lean methodologies.
  • Understanding and experience working in big data projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly technical with attention to detail.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Confident with an ability to challenge if necessary.
