Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation & Client Success Specialist to drive client acquisition and success management for our virtual tour solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B lead generation, email marketing, and social selling.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for lead generation and awareness creation.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM management and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for lead generation and awareness creation for virtual tours in sectors like higher education, cultural heritage sites, and museums.
  • Utilize resources to build contact lists of prospects across various industries, including higher education, cultural heritage sites, museums, car dealerships, and other relevant sectors.
  • Create targeted email marketing workflows with messaging tailored to resonate with prospects, resulting in qualified leads.
  • Establish and execute a thought leadership strategy using social media to enhance brand presence, generate warm leads, and foster awareness.
  • Monitor and report key lead generation metrics.
  • Manage client communications and relationships as a Success Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content and posting schedules.
  • Work with designers and developers to optimize website functionality, create landing pages, and develop other marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • A proven track record in email marketing and social selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in the education or museum sector is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
