Visual Pursuit Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Pursuit Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual strategies and designing all pursuit-related deliverables and client-facing materials.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Content Creation
  • Create layouts within our established brand identity, ensuring strong typography and appropriate use of color, images, and fonts for readability and visual appeal.
  • Participate actively in kick-off meetings, debriefs, and oral preparation sessions related to pursuits.
  • Present design options and approaches that are cohesive, integrated, and support the overall pursuit theme.
  • Pursuit Team Collaboration
  • Partner with pursuit teams to provide comprehensive BD coverage for strategic pursuits.
  • Drive design creativity and coach teams to foster pursuit design innovation.
  • Contribute to pursuit strategy sessions as applicable.
  • Client-Facing Materials
  • Lead the conceptualization of all client-facing materials with strategic messaging expertise.
  • Assist in developing account and opportunity value propositions.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with key groups such as Knowledge, Sectors, Service Lines, and BMC.
  • Engage in internal and external networks.
  • Utilize Win/loss review insights to improve pursuit outcomes, including client experience processes.
  • Enhance pursuit processes focusing on design factors through client feedback.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design Expertise
  • Strong graphic design experience with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of our products and services is beneficial and will be essential upon assuming the role.
  • Agility and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work agilely in a high-paced environment and produce quality work under pressure.
  • Logical and analytical skills to evaluate solutions and approaches.
  • Tech Savviness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and design innovations, including digital content and interactive presentations.
  • Proficiency in graphics software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office tools is required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education and Background
  • Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent work experience (regional modifications may apply).
  • 2-3+ years in Graphic Design, Communications, or Pursuits Strategy.
  • Familiarity with Large Organizations
  • Familiarity with large global organizations and pursuit activation or new business pitches.
  • Collaboration and Influence
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
