Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team at JobFinder Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from preparation to submission.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage bid preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with government entities, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Ensure timely completion of bid submissions, meeting strict deadlines and specifications.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid documents, submissions, and communications.
  5. Support internal stakeholders and provide guidance on bid-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in contract administration, with a focus on government bidding processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of government contracting procedures and regulatory requirements, including FAR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using government procurement platforms and e-submission tools.
