Job Overview:

The Office Management Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for directors, handling queries, approvals, and administrative concerns. They will also assist the HR team by fulfilling administrative requests promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise administrative staff and front desk officers (FDOs) to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Manage office inventories and supplies, overseeing procurement, stocking, and distribution.
  • Administer travel allowances in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth event planning and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • MBA or BBA from a recognized institution.
  • 5 – 7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
