Position:

  • Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the company's technical strategy with innovative practices.
  • Lead the hiring process for a team of 5-6 individuals aligned with HAIS's mission and goals.
  • Drive AI tool development and adoption, focusing on Hugging Face and Langchain expertise.
  • Collaborate across teams to chart out and realize the product roadmap.
  • Ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and fortified with top-notch cybersecurity measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with Web3 advancements and identify integration opportunities in our products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional tech experience.
  • Proven track record in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in Hugging Face and Langchain.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally AWS or Azure, and a profound understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience in hiring and nurturing talent.
  • Familiarity with Web3 solutions and their application in fintech.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both in speaking and writing.
  • Prior involvement in startups or compact teams, with agility to adapt to rapidly evolving environments.
