Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

  • You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions while growing your skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  2. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
  3. Configure Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies based on user stories.
  4. Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM products to develop client or business solutions.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to new clients, needs, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and at least one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Experience).
