Job Title: HR Generalist

This is a Contract Based role located in Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management:
    • Provide end-to-end support to internal stakeholders during annual performance review and goal setting processes.
    • Facilitate effective utilization of the performance management system through refresher sessions and coaching.
  • Capability Development:
    • Identify key themes and trends to showcase Pakistan review with HRBPs.
    • Support business leaders in creating robust development plans to meet succession and team development needs.
    • Leverage human capital metrics to monitor talent pipelines and drive key talent development initiatives.
  • New Hire Integration:
    • Coordinate end-to-end new joiner onboarding for professionals and associates.
    • Develop detailed orientation plans, prepare organizational announcements, and identify functional 'buddies' in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Debrief new joiners on HR processes and ensure they have required assets.
  • Employee Engagement Strategies:
    • Support HR leads in organizing international & regional events including CEO Awards, Talent Meet, Powerhouse Awards etc.
    • Take initiative to organize local events such as long service awards, Eid, Christmas and Year-End celebrations to enhance employee experience.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development:
    • Implement structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and meet evolving talent needs.
    • Collaborate with Head of HR and HRBP's for talent development and retention initiatives.
  • HR Operations Support:
    • Work closely with communities of expertise and HR operations to deliver timely HR reports and resolve Workday queries.
    • Ensure maximum participation in various HR assignments including Employee Climate Survey, Annual Performance Review etc.
  • HR Initiatives & Projects:
    • Support designing and executing action plans against areas of improvement identified in Listen Surveys.
    • Build timelines to achieve targets and implement action plans efficiently.
    • Lead initiatives like Quarterly CEO Townhall & Monthly Coffee Sessions with Pakistan Leadership Team to enhance employee experience.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Support employee development through Talent Academy initiatives.
    • Guide stakeholders to maximize benefits from learning initiatives.
  • Cultural Transformation:
    • Represent HR on local, regional and corporate platforms and act as liaison to embed company values across sites.
