Job Title: Assistant Manager HR

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager HR is to oversee the recruitment and staffing process for the zonal office. This involves maintaining up-to-date leave and attendance records, coordinating with the head office for employee insurance claims, and ensuring a comfortable and peaceful office environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of personal files
  • Coordinate with head office to carry out performance appraisals
  • Organize staff training to improve employee morale, motivation, and team spirit

Furthermore, the Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for ensuring that the office is organized and running smoothly. This includes managing the daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with employees.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role or with a background in business administration or a related field.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this position.
