About the role
Role Location: Gujranwala, Pakistan (full-time, on-site)
Reports To: Executive Head of HR
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance, and contributing to organizational growth and culture.This role requires a proactive leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and properly implemented across all departments.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for all levels of staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and role requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support in designing and implementing the performance appraisal system.
- Guide line managers and employees through the goal-setting and evaluation process.
- Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend development plans.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and propose initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Identify training needs across departments and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Maintain a training calendar and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR data for audits, compliance reviews, and management reports.
- Prepare and present monthly HR reports
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
Salary Range: 140k-150K
