Job Overview

As a key member of the Institute's performance management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization's performance management system is effective and efficient.

The incumbent will be responsible for quarterly review of reporting structures to ensure alignment with organizational needs. This includes documentation of job descriptions, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all positions.

  • Development of Job Descriptions (JDs) and KPIs for new positions
  • Assistance with manpower planning and data provision to the Head of HR & OD
  • Reporting of manpower additions and job analysis
  • Recruitment activities for planned positions only
  • Timely provision of required manpower to assigned departments
  • Conducting selection interviews for all positions
  • Execution of the annual 'Management Trainee Officer' program
  • Implementation of the Performance Management System based on JDs, KRAs, and KPIs
Key Responsibilities
