About the Job

We serve numerous clients across various industries, including transportation, construction, energy, and retail. Our integrated platform supports multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time assistance for platform issues; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve problems promptly.
  • Administer and support our core platform, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee onboarding for our tech-stack.
  • Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement changes or escalate when necessary.
  • Manage workload and projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a technical support role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for our core platform.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately and efficiently.
