Solar Sales Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced solar sales engineer to join our team. As a solar sales engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial solutions to customers interested in installing solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility and potential of solar projects for different customers.
  • Design and propose optimal solar systems based on customer needs, budget, and site conditions.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, contracts, and agreements to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solar projects.
  • Provide after-sales support and service to customers and handle any issues or complaints.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and status of solar projects and customer feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential customers for solar products and services.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in solar sales, engineering, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in solar system design, installation, and operation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu. Knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
