Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator Lead who will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves effective communication with the delivery team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Project Scope Definition: Determine, clarify, and define project scope, communicating this effectively to all stakeholders.
- Schedule and Budget Management: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, using accurate and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach project objectives, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, using approved verification techniques and reporting changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Prioritization & Planning: Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and comfort with logistical planning.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to successfully present technical information.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects according to outlined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
