We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Support Analyst position.

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot technical issues, and have experience working in a customer-facing environment.

  • Provide customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Document, track, and monitor client issues within ticketing systems to ensure timely resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a technical support or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
