Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our processes are efficient, compliant, and customer-centric. This position is responsible for embedding Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) discipline across the sales and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Audits & Controls
    • Plan and execute regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Test control points in SAP/ERP and on-ground to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
    • Maintain risk registers and escalate observations and control gaps to relevant stakeholders.
  • SOP Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain and version SOPs, forms, and checklists to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with policy.
    • Map workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and process improvements.
  • NCR & CAPA Management
    • Log non-conformances, assign owners, and track Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) to closure with effectiveness checks.
    • Lead root cause analysis using 5-Why/Fishbone to prevent repeat issues and verify embedded controls.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Publish dashboards on audit scores, NCR trends, and process adherence to enable data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure evidence repositories are complete, indexed, and audit-ready.
  • Special Projects & CI
    • Support targeted improvements such as reducing order-to-installation cycle time, documentation error reduction, and shrinkage control.
    • Track benefits and standardize wins into SOPs.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with audit and compliance procedures.
