Human Resource Strategist

A leading organization in Pakistan seeks a seasoned Human Resource Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive HR plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Source, interview, test, and select candidates for vacant positions.
  • Organize orientation sessions for new hires and oversee contract and probation completion cases.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and manage HR operations.
  • Counsel employees on personnel matters and advise management on resolving employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in HR with over 4 years of relevant experience and be proficient in MS Office applications.
