Job Title:

E-commerce Growth Specialist

About the Role:

  • Create and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and execute rigorous A/B testing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies to increase conversions and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future optimization efforts.
  • Develop and report on campaign performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
