Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our operational management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for all quality assurance activities across the business, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, holding a degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as business studies or business administration. APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus.

You will help define, enforce, and review current policy and improve standards across the business, validate and coordinate audit and test activities, ensure compliance with legislative and contractual requirements, and maintain business performance.

  • Audit:
  • Contribute to the development of existing audit processes and systems across the organization, assist in their implementation and review, ensuring consistency in all audit functions.
  • Identify key issues and trends through audits and complaints, implement improvements.
  • Oversee implementation and conduct internal inspections to ensure auditor needs are met.
  • Carry out detailed research, complete documentation including risk assessments.
