We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors and consultants to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Develop expert solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM modules in the implementation scope.
  • Foster collaboration across departments by facilitating regular meetings and tracking progress.
  • Guide teams through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify functional gaps in the HCM product and propose solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to ensure smooth system adoption and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with the HCM team to map and streamline business practices to align with Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that meet user needs, working closely with business partners.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in HCM solution management.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A strong understanding of how Information Technology can drive business transformation.
