The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of organizational HR functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment: This involves hiring staff, crafting job descriptions, placing advertisements, collaborating with recruitment consultancies, organizing interviews, and managing assessment centers.
- Training & Development: Designing and implementing employee training programs is crucial to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compensation: Salary determination, contracts of employment, compensation, and payroll processes are managed in line with policy.
- Performance Management: Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes is vital for employee growth and development.
- Policies & Procedures: Implementing new HR policies, procedures, and processes ensures all company policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with current employment law.
- Documentation: Composing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion, etc., are key responsibilities.
- Employee Relations: Managing absences, measuring employee satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement are critical tasks.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager who possesses the following qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can lead and motivate the HR team to achieve business goals.
