Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and launch of a peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the platform's roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-friendly and secure solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs or digital projects in the development, nonprofit, or social enterprise sectors. They will also have experience launching and managing tech platforms, particularly in the crowdfunding, fintech, or giving space.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the platform's end-to-end roadmap
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and verification teams to deliver a high-quality solution
  • Design and optimize processes for campaign verification, user onboarding, fund disbursement, and fraud prevention
  • Build partnerships with non-profits, communities, grassroots organizations, and payment providers
  • Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements

About You:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing programs or digital projects in the development, nonprofit, or social enterprise sectors
  • You have experience launching and managing tech platforms, particularly in the crowdfunding, fintech, or giving space
  • You have strong operations skills and can build systems that scale and run smoothly
  • You have a track record of working across teams and building win-win partnerships
