We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Coordinator to support our senior recruiters and contribute to the success of our fast-paced recruiting agency. As a Senior Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in sourcing and pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining organized records.
About the Role- Assist in identifying top talent and conducting initial outreach via LinkedIn, job boards, or email campaigns
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide regular updates to recruiters on candidate progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
- Draft engaging job postings and manage inbound applications
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, or administrative support with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and urgency
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow into a full-cycle recruiter role over time
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Trello, or similar tools
- Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
