Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a senior-level position that oversees the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and final selection.
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for leading onboarding for new hires, managing employee evaluations and terminations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and final selection.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with department managers.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for technical positions.
- Update a structured talent pool database to support current and future hiring needs.
- Liaise with employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe workplace.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR Management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
