About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement annual training strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring all departments receive the necessary support for growth and development.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultations with leadership to identify areas for improvement.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, either in-house or through external consultants, covering essential skills such as soft skills, technical skills, compliance, and leadership development.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make revisions as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Manage training teams effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication within the department.

  • Build strong partnerships with training vendors and educational institutions to access new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Prepare and present key metrics and training reports to management, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Promote a culture of learning and development throughout the organization, encouraging employees to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

About You:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Technologies being a plus.

  • Your extensive experience in Training and Development, combined with at least 3 years in a leadership role, has equipped you with exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • You have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training strategies in a corporate or public sector environment, driving tangible results and business impact.

  • Your expertise in training tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office enables you to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

  • You possess excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Your ability to evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and analytics, combined with your problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, makes you an invaluable asset to our organization.
