Job Description
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and key stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently, ensuring timely commitment fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required by the CEO, compiling data into organized reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, executive meetings, and other corporate events.
