Senior Telemedicine Strategist

This role entails providing strategic direction for a comprehensive telemedicine model, ensuring alignment with Universal Health Coverage (UHC), Primary Healthcare (PHC), and the National Health Support Programme (NHSP).
The Health Systems Expert will lead stakeholder engagement and possess an advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 15 years' experience is required, including expertise in institutional design and multisectoral reforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough scoping review of telemedicine platforms, referral pathways, and digital health infrastructure across various regions of Pakistan.
- Identify successful approaches, operational, regulatory, and service delivery gaps to inform the design of a unified and scalable telemedicine model.
- Develop a strategic framework for institutionalising an integrated, equity-focused telemedicine initiative in Punjab, incorporating design recommendations, interoperability requirements, and a conceptual monitoring framework aligned with UHC and PHC reform priorities.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field.
- At least 15 years' overall experience, with expertise in institutional design & multisectoral reforms.
- Strong systems thinking and integration expertise.
