Job Title:

Quality Assurance Leader

The Quality Assurance Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality system that ensures the organization's products meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Conducting regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Addressing non-conformities from previous audits and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Coordinating management reviews of the quality system.
  4. Following up on and closing pending Preventive and Corrective Action Requests.
  5. Ensuring that organizational systems and training are in place.
  6. Preparing the organization for ISO 9001 audit.
  7. Ensuring that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
  8. Administering document control and configuration management systems.
  9. Overseeing established calibration and testing programs.
  10. Providing QA support as necessary.
  11. Maintaining Design History Files.

Requirements:

  • Quality Management System experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic computer skills.
