Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Software Quality Assurance Lead. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the QA team. You will also prepare and communicate Test Plans, ensure smooth execution of testing activities, and review and consolidate test specifications.

The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of automation and load testing tools. You will be responsible for guiding the QA team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team and plan, organize, and control their activities
  • Prepare and communicate Test Plans to ensure successful testing outcomes
  • Ensure smooth execution of testing activities to meet project deadlines
  • Review and consolidate test specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in project audits to identify areas for improvement
