Chief Education Officer

The following key result areas will become part of your role:

1. Promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching, by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators, remaining focused on improvement of the school and every student.
2. Responsible for recruiting, developing, empowering, supporting, encouraging and retaining the best teachers in the organization.
3. Developing a culture of mutual and continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination; where every member of the community is valued, every child is motivated to learn and grow, and every teacher is motivated to improve their knowledge and skills.

1. Recruiting quality teachers through the implementation of a robust Teacher Selection process.
2. Developing a comprehensive school improvement plan based on need analysis and ensuring its successful implementation within the organization.
3. Maintaining classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations.
4. Improving teacher quality through demonstration sessions and constant feedback.
5. Monitoring student performance by reviewing student work and test papers according to policy.
6. Organizing, managing and monitoring co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, periods, displays, libraries and laboratories, utilizing academic resources effectively, and improving the performance of underachieving students.
7. Participating in training sessions and conducting on-the-job training for faculty members within the organization.
8. Conducting term tests and examinations in a transparent and timely manner.
9. Fostering team spirit and motivating teachers, focusing on teacher retention.

1. Establishing strong relationships with the community and promoting awareness about education for both male and female children, encouraging them to join the organization's educational institutions.
2. Maintaining the required student enrollment levels within the school through effective implementation of enrolment strategies.
3. Effectively outreach-ing to teachers and maintaining an up-to-date CV bank at all times.
4. Coordinating with Area and Regional HR teams for staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
5. Maintaining school discipline and promoting positive character development among students and staff.
