Strategic HR Business Partner

An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly skilled and strategic HR business partner to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by providing expert guidance and support to company managers on HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate future staffing requirements aligned with our strategic plans, develop and implement effective recruitment policies, and provide support to managers in recruiting top talent.
  • Plan and execute best practices in employee evaluation, capacity development, and training, including developing objectives that foster an employee-oriented culture, administering the evaluation of learning and development activities, preparing training budgets, and monitoring training costs.
  • Ensure efficient design and delivery of HR policies, coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through our Human Resources Team, and assist company managers with HR issues.
  • Refine our organization structure to align with market requirements and deliverables, and provide assistance in developing and implementing ERP and/or HR-related software systems.
  • Plan and execute our performance management system, define key result areas, and balance score cards for each employee.
  • Develop compensation plans and related SOPs, provide administration for employee benefits, research and analyze industry-standard compensation and benefit plans, propose and maintain excellent facilities to enhance employee productivity.
  • Work closely with company managers to provide expert guidance, coaching, and support on HR activities, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures. Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with our HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
  • Apply knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and procedures, develop, interpret, and implement administrative policies and procedures, and employee handbooks. Direct budget preparation for Head Office and monitor expenditures, manage government matters in coordination with relevant officials.
