Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Management Information System (MIS) and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of organizational data.
  • Conduct remote data analysis to extract valuable insights and billing trends of industrial customers.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and returns, providing insightful analysis to support departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in MIS and data analytics.
  • Provide training and support to departmental staff on MIS tools, remote data analysis, and reporting procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in MIS or related field.
  • 04 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, data analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
