Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Position

This role is focused on delivering high-quality research projects for key clients, collaborating with them to address queries with minimal supervision. As a Senior Consultant Insights, you will independently design and execute research projects while ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to develop bilingual questionnaires based on their feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to finalize English and Urdu scripts.
  • Prepare field Master Kit documents and conduct Master Briefing Sessions to train the field team effectively.
  • Supervise Interviewer Briefing and Mock sessions as well as Fieldwork Execution.
  • Address queries raised by the Project Management Team, Field Team, and other functions.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure Quality Control Procedures and Outputs are met.
  • Develop an analysis plan in collaboration with the project team.
  • Finalize data files and present the report to the client.

You will work closely with various team members across the client organization and communicate with the client throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, preferably in marketing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the research industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven numeracy abilities.
  • Effective business writing skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic commercial skills including cost and time management.
