As a member of our team, you will have the support of sharp, well-trained staff who will assist you with your caseload through all stages. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from motor vehicle accidents to other types of personal injury claims.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Caseload Management: Handling all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
  • Client Guidance: Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process and building trust.
  • Legal Research: Conducting discovery, performing legal research, and pre-suit discovery.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
  • Team Communication: Providing direction and maintaining constant communication with internal teams.
  • Expert Interaction: Engaging with expert witnesses and obtaining expert reports and affidavits.
  • Litigation Preparation: Drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and assisting with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications include:

  • An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar
  • A license to practice law in Minnesota is preferred, but not required
  • Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases
  • Excellent client service focused on compassion
