Job Description:

As a Trainee Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, and liaising with internal teams and stakeholders. You will assist in organizing corporate events, managing campaign trackers, and learning marketing automation tools like Pardot and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate events: Organize and manage corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Liaise with vendors and teams: Coordinate logistics, procure materials, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Maintain campaign trackers: Update campaign reports and documentation, providing insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Organizational skills: Proactive attitude, excellent time-management skills, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools: Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Pardot and CRM platforms like Salesforce (training provided).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress).
