Project Oversight Expert

The Project Oversight Expert is responsible for leading project execution from inception to completion. This role entails ensuring seamless collaboration with senior leadership and adherence to project objectives.

Main responsibilities include managing resource allocation, equipment, and information across the Professional Services department. Key tasks involve frequent client visits to guarantee satisfaction, understanding and evaluating client expectations, estimating work efforts in terms of time and cost, developing schedules for effective resource management, and controlling quality by managing deliverables completion to defined expectations.

Further duties involve proactively managing project risks, maintaining requirements traceability, change/work request documentation, and implementing project management life cycles. The Project Oversight Expert will also be accountable for managing project closure, preparing project proposals, monitoring progress, tracking budgets, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

This individual will utilize project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and expenses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role, as is previous experience in collaborating with senior leaders for the delivery of projects.

Job Requirements
  • 7-8 years of experience in project management in a related field.
