The Shift Supervisor position is available at a renowned organization in Peshawar, Pakistan.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the Mechanical Team in routine maintenance of machines. They will ensure proper handling and record of Spare Parts and Tools. Additionally, they will maintain cleaning and GMP of relevant areas, implement Safety instructions, and perform gap analysis in existing maintenance procedures. The successful candidate will also prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for all plants in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove mechanical faults of the lines as identified in T-cards.
  • Maintain Mechanical Workshop Machines and accessories (i.e Drills, Cutters, Lathe, Welding etc)
  • Ensure capability of the process in producing the quantity and quality required.
  • Maximize the reliability of the process in the most economical way.
  • Maintain awareness of daily operation and provide required support.
  • Identify and develop process improvement items, including justification.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree Title: DAE(Mechanical)
  • Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
  • Required Experience: 5 Years - 7 Years
