Job Overview

We are seeking a Social First Creative Manager to join our growing creative team. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, managing a team of content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to deliver standout work that meets business objectives while elevating brand storytelling.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced creative professional to lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns across digital and visual media.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and social-first content strategy, as well as excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation, development, and delivery of integrated creative campaigns across digital and visual media.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in the creative process, particularly around key brand campaigns, social media storytelling, and visual content production.
  • Guide and mentor junior creatives, including social media content executives, managers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables across all creative projects, maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals.
  • Review and refine design work to ensure visual quality and consistency across platforms.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to design and motion teams, ensuring aesthetic alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in creative roles, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and social-first content strategy.
