Customer Support Associate

This role involves interacting with diverse clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a high level of empathy.

Able to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, this candidate will be proficient in researching alternatives and offering solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt to shifting priorities.

A minimum of 12 months' experience in customer-facing roles is necessary, with a background in dealing with international clients via various channels, including calls, chats, and emails.

Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Genesys is highly desirable.
