Job Title: Customer Service Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns, providing support, and offering solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and update recovery logs as necessary.
  • Guide customers through various payment options and account-related issues, providing them with clear and concise information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in basic computer use, particularly Excel, with CRM experience being a significant advantage.

  • A strong ability to communicate effectively in Urdu and basic English is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or telesales is preferred but not required.
