Business Development Role

Our organization is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth through strategic partnerships in the education sector. By expanding our platform, we aim to shift from business-to-consumer (B2C) to business-to-business (B2B) models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and identify potential educational institutions for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized proposals and presentations.
  • Manage outreach efforts through email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Support the sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Prepare materials and reports for key stakeholder engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to developing marketing and sales strategies to engage new clients and enhance outreach effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities and negotiation techniques.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
