Job Title: Preparation Technician Cotton Spinning Mills
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the mechanical maintenance of our spinning mill's preparation machines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent technical skills, particularly with Rieter preparatory machines.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of mechanics to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor safety, lubrication, calibration, and performance of equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to keep machines in good working condition.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success as a maintenance supervisor in a spinning mill environment.
- Excellent technical skills, including experience with Rieter preparatory machines.
- Rieter Blow Room lines: Unifloc, Uniclean, Unimix, Uniflex.
- Rieter Cards C51 & C70.
- Rieter Lap former E32 and Combers E65 & E80.
- Rieter Draw frames SB D40, SB D45 and RSB D40.
