Operations Supervisor - Blend Warehouse

This pivotal role supports technical and developmental aspects in a supervisory capacity, focusing on blending and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve cross-functional targets and project outcomes.
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate upkeep with the technical team.
  • Conduct assessments for automating manual processes and prepare documentation related to improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members in blend warehouse and technical areas.
  • Support analytical evaluations, process improvement presentations, and execution of improvement plans.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electromechanical or relevant certifications (HACCP/Food Safety).
  • 1–2 years of experience in process development, warehouse supervision, or food processing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Excel).
  • Familiarity with technical equipment and warehouse processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates aged 30 to 36 are preferred.
