Finance Operations Leader

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations. This includes monitoring financial statements, preparing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, taxation, and financial analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Prepare payroll and manage employee benefits
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Ensure accurate and timely taxation compliance
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement

You will also be responsible for delegating work, planning workload, organizing office procedures, coaching and disciplining staff, and collaborating with senior management team members.

Candidate must have experience in data entry in SAGE and system setup related to accounts.
