As a senior Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives to ensure the team is working efficiently.

You will lead end-to-end project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and define sprint goals that align with business objectives.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, and Agile maturity.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed through regular updates and status reports.
  • Support Agile transformations and coach team members on Scrum and Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master & Project Manager in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, Powerpoint & Word.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) & Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Background in software development or Quality Assurance.
