Job Title: Ecommerce Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and grow our online business across Shopify and Daraz. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with strong leadership skills and proven experience in ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales on Shopify and Daraz.">
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp API Marketing).">
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to optimize performance.">
  • Oversee product listings via CSV File, catalog management, promotions, and pricing across platforms.">
  • Manage integrations with CRM tools, logistics portals, and third-party apps.">
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment, tracking, and customer satisfaction.">
  • Lead and supervise the ecommerce team including designers, digital marketers, and customer support staff.">
  • Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to align operations with ecommerce sales.">
  • Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, customer retention).">
  • Generate detailed reports on sales, campaigns, and operations to support decision-making.">
  • Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and maximize revenue.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.">
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and Daraz Seller Central.">
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp API Marketing.">
  • Experience managing customer CRM, POS systems, and logistics portals.">
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.">
