About the Role

This is a challenging position that involves developing and evaluating assessments to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops tests and testing programs that align with current subject-area standards.
  • Creates and reviews items, test assembly, and scoring protocols.
  • Evaluates items for use on tests, assessing both content and psychometric properties.
  • Designs and develops new assessments and innovative products and services.
  • Establishes rules for test creation systems, assembles pretests, tests, and/or Computer-Adaptive Testing (CAT) pools.
  • Promotes and conducts reliability, validity or comparability studies.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to lead test development activities and manage item evaluation processes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology with specialization or academic project on psychometric testing.
  • Strong writing skills and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in SPSS or NVivo, Excel, and MS Office with knowledge of applied statistics.
