As part of the Product discovery team, you'll help improve conversions, boost average order value, and scale personalized shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and implement conversational design solutions for new customers while training them to self-manage their solution.
  2. Consult with business stakeholders on conversational design and customer experience best practices.
  3. Map data sets to conversational flow and optimize based on industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to accomplish daily activities.
  5. Develop documentation based on customer implementations.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks within projects.
  7. Demonstrate expertise in the Product discovery platform and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience in delivering e-commerce solutions and driving value through industry best practices.
  2. Familiarity with conversational design of e-commerce platforms.
  3. Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
  4. Effective communicator with strong asynchronous and remote communication skills.
  5. Ability to engage different teams while driving project success.
  6. Strong consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  7. Ability to explain technical concepts simply to any audience.
