Our company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software, remote connection, or via the Internet.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver technical service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software, remote connection, or via the Internet.">
  • Interact with customers to provide information and process inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services through phone, email, or remote diagnostic tools.">
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to internet connectivity, CCTV, VOIP, and more using remote tools.">
  • Research information using available resources.">
  • Follow standard procedures and escalate priority issues as per client specifications.">
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources.">
  • Accurately record call transactions using designated tracking software.">
  • Offer alternative solutions to retain customers' and clients' business.">
  • Organize ideas and communicate verbally appropriate to listeners and situations.">
  • Follow up with scheduled call-backs where necessary.">
  • Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.">
  • Adapt to a 24/7 shift schedule.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • You should have a technical call center background in IT or CCTV/ELV.">
  • You should have good communication skills and proficiency in the local language.">
  • You should have excellent spoken and written English skills.">
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage but not mandatory.">
  • You should be able to handle pressure and maintain calmness to resolve issues.">
  • Previous technical call center experience is preferred.">
